SavvyPhone, LLC

This Privacy Policy applies solely to Timber™ and does not apply to any other SavvyPhone, LLC products or services, including SavvyCard®, RE-Target®, or any other SavvyPhone product. The privacy policies governing those products remain available at www.savvycard.com/privacy.

1. Introduction

SavvyPhone, LLC (“SavvyPhone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you create an account and use the Timber™ service (the “Service”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Timber™ is a home management platform. Unlike many consumer applications, Timber™ is specifically designed to allow you to store home-related documents and records that may contain sensitive personal information. This Privacy Policy is written to reflect the heightened sensitivity of that data and your rights with respect to it.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES AND PRACTICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW WE WILL TREAT IT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR POLICIES AND PRACTICES, DO NOT USE TIMBER™. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

2. Children Under the Age of 18

Timber™ is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from a child under 18, please contact us using the information in Section 14 below.

  • Legal compliance: We may disclose your information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SavvyPhone, our users, or others.

We will not disclose the contents of your uploaded documents to any third party except as necessary to provide the Service, as required by law, or with your express consent.

7. Your Consent to Data Storage
